"We have had our business and personal accounts with state farm for many years and the service I received today was exactly the reason we love working with this agency. Karla stopped everything she was doing to prepare 20 certificates of insurance for our small business once we realized that our clients did not have our updated information. In a nut shell, we cannot work or get paid by our specific client base without these forms being in a precise format, and Karla and Daniel went out of their way to make sure that happened today, even though it was no fault of their own. Because Karla made us a priority, we will not have any gaps in payment from our clients, which as a small mom-and-pop business means everything. "Chris Jones - State Farm Insurance Bothell Office is a very professional insurance agent.
