"What a great experience I had today with Jose over the telephone. I intended to remove my renter's policy and I had lots of questions regarding my auto policy which I was planning to adjust as well. My intentions were to reduce my insurance and premiums. After much discussion on the benefits of each policy as well as the multi-policy discount we ended up adjusting elements within the policies and actually added an element to my auto policy which I was not aware of was missing. At the end of the call I had more insurance and my premium was slightly higher, however, I was really happy because Jose "explained" to me the elements and did not "sell" me and was very patient by giving me time to make the decision to make the adjustments. I really respected Jose explaining the elements in each policy that could be adjusted to my needs which resulted in reductions on premiums in some elements. The added element on my auto policy ultimately made my premium higher, but, I now have coverage where I didn't know I did not have coverage. This was an absolute win/win situation. I am much happier with my coverage and State Farm has more revenue. I think it's well worth talking with State Farm every 2-3 years to go over your policies. Life changes and our insurance likely needs to change too."
