"I recently lost my car by rear end car accident. Communicating with State Farm total loss team from value estimating stage to the point surrendering my car with reimbursement was unrealistic disaster took over two weeks. They made a mistake in almost every steps and I mostly got ignored until Chris Jones Insurance staffs stepped in. Although my opinion on State Farm is still very doubtful, I am confident to share I got more support and attention from staffs here. Dana and Orlando provided me great information from customer's aspect, I really enjoyed speaking with them. Kaleb communicated with me nearly daily basis to move my case forward. Not only checking progress, he messaged them countless times to back me up. When State Farm did not send a check by (another) mistake, he resolved it by getting it over night shipped.
