"I recently cancelled my insurance with this company but only because I found slightly cheaper rates. I didn't cancel in time to stop the charge from hitting my account. I reached out to the office for a refund and Gabby was excellent in responding. She answered my emails and questions promptly. Reached out to underwriting to help facilitate that refund. Kept me updated on when to expect that department to reach out to me. Great customer service Gabby!"
